What is forestry mulching?
Forestry mulching is a land clearing method that uses a single machine to cut, grind, and clear vegetation. The mulching head, mounted to a skid-steer, uses a rotary drum equipped with steel teeth to shred vegetation. Heavy duty forestry mulchers can clear up to fifteen acres of vegetation a day depending on terrain, density, and type of material. Unlike other clearing methods, forestry mulching leaves no brush piles and there is no burning or scarred land.
